Refunds
Try everything on the Free tier for as long as you like before you pay us anything.
In short. We do not offer refunds. You can cancel Pro at any time, and you keep it until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is deleted when you cancel.
Why there is no free trial to refund
The Free tier is not a trial — it is permanent, and it is a real product. Notes, Tasks, PDF Library, Tabs, KimtFS, DevTools, Calculator and AnubisDB are free forever, with no card and no time limit. You can live in KimtOS for months before deciding whether the Pro apps are worth paying for. We would rather you took that time than bought and asked for the money back.
Cancelling
Cancel from your billing page at any time. It takes one click and you do not have to email anyone or explain yourself.
- Your Pro apps keep working until the end of the period you have paid for.
- After that you drop to the Free tier. You are not charged again.
- Nothing is deleted. Your notes, files, recordings and everything else stay on your device, exactly where they were. The free apps carry on working. Data created in a Pro app is still yours and still exportable.
Our policy
We do not give refunds for a subscription period that has already started, including part-used periods and renewals you forgot to cancel. Because Pro unlocks immediately and the software runs entirely on your own machine, there is nothing for us to take back.
Your rights by law
Nothing on this page takes away rights you have by law as a consumer. Depending on where you live, consumer law may give you a right to cancel or to a refund regardless of what we say here. If it does, that law applies and we will honour it.
Something went wrong?
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or you think something is genuinely broken, email support@kimtos.com and tell us what happened. A policy is not a reason to leave a real mistake unfixed.
